Waalaxy vs Zeekeo (formerly Zopto): Which Cold Outreach Tool Is Better?

TL;DR

Waalaxy is a French LinkedIn automation Chrome extension that adds email at its €69/user/month Business tier. Zopto used to be a cloud-based LinkedIn automation tool, but as of late 2025 zopto.com fully redirects to a rebranded product called Zeekeo, now positioned as a "B2B Lead Generation Agency" with done-for-you service starting at $649/month. Neither sells email infrastructure, neither has a built-in AI SDR, and neither runs multi-channel outreach the way a modern outbound team actually needs it.

For real multi-channel B2B outbound at SMB and mid-market scale, Salesforge is the stronger choice. Email and LinkedIn from one dashboard, unlimited mailboxes, unlimited LinkedIn senders on the Growth plan, free Warmforge warm-up included, a unified inbox (Primebox), an optional AI SDR (Agent Frank), and the full Forge Stack behind it. Salesforge plans start at $48/mo monthly or $40/mo annual.

I keep getting asked which LinkedIn automation tool I'd pair with cold email for a real B2B outbound motion. Two names come up over and over: Waalaxy and Zopto. I've watched both for years. I've also watched what's happened to the category around them.

Waalaxy is still around. It still ships as a Chrome extension, still gates email behind its top plan, and still has the same structural ceilings that frustrated teams in 2023. Zopto is a different story. The product readers remember from 2024 G2 reviews and Capterra listings no longer exists in its old form. zopto.com now lands on Zeekeo, a done-for-you lead generation agency. I'll cover both honestly. And I'll explain why the team that ran UniteSync to an 85.26% positive reply rate and a $2.86 CAC wasn't running either of these tools - they were running Salesforge with Mailforge and Warmforge.

Waalaxy: a closer look

Waalaxy homepage showing LinkedIn outreach positioning with '800+ potential buyers every month on LinkedIn' messaging

Waalaxy is a French-built LinkedIn automation tool launched in 2020. The product is a Chrome extension paired with a cloud companion. The homepage tagline ("We make LinkedIn outreach f*cking easy") tells you exactly where the product's center of gravity sits.

What Waalaxy actually does

  • LinkedIn automation: connection invites, profile visits, sequenced messages, follow-ups
  • Pre-built sequences: 99+ templates so you do not start from a blank canvas
  • Email finder (Dropcontact): available with limited monthly credits
  • AI message writing: GPT-style assistant for first drafts
  • Inbox Waalaxy: tagged LinkedIn reply management, sold as a paid add-on
  • Free plan: 80 LinkedIn invitations per month, no email

Waalaxy pricing

Waalaxy charges per user per month, with a yearly billing discount. The live pricing page shows four tiers:

  • Waalaxy Pro - €19/user/month yearly (300 invites/month, no email)
  • Waalaxy Advanced - €49/user/month yearly (800 invites, API, automations)
  • Waalaxy Business - €69/user/month yearly (cold email sequences, 500 email finder credits, multichannel)
  • Waalaxy Enterprise - Custom (5+ seats, volume-based pricing)

The yearly toggle shows -20% off the monthly rate, so the monthly Business plan works out to roughly €86/user/month if you do not pre-pay.

Who Waalaxy is built for

Solo SDRs, founders, and small consultancies whose outbound motion is 80% LinkedIn and 20% email. Anyone who needs serious cold email volume hits a wall at the Business tier and starts shopping for a real email tool.

What Trustpilot reviewers say

A 1-star Trustpilot review of Waalaxy from April 2026 describing incentivised reviews and slow refund processing

Waalaxy's Trustpilot rating is 4.7/5 across 1,286 reviews. The 1-star reviews tell a different story. The most recent ones describe customer service refusing refunds for up to ten business days, and one reviewer claims customers "are first incentivised with a free month-long trial in exchange for a five-star review." Capterra reviewers cite the LinkedIn Inbox being a separate paid add-on, missed replies inside automated sequences, and account safety risks tied to the Chrome extension architecture.

Honest Waalaxy limitations

  • Chrome extension architecture means LinkedIn can detect and restrict accounts
  • Cold email features start at €69/user/month Business tier (the €19 and €49 plans are LinkedIn-only)
  • LinkedIn Inbox is a separate add-on, not included in any plan
  • No email warm-up product
  • No email infrastructure, no dedicated IPs
  • Multiple Trustpilot reviewers cite refund delays and review-incentive practices

Zopto: a closer look (and an important update)

Zeekeo homepage showing the rebrand from Zopto: 'B2B Lead Generation Agency, Fill Your Pipeline 2x Faster' with Book a Call as the only CTA

Here is the thing about Zopto that virtually no other comparison page in 2026 will tell you: Zopto, as a self-serve SaaS, no longer exists. If you type zopto.com into a browser today you land on a site called Zeekeo. The Pricing page, the Solutions page, every internal URL all redirect to zeekeo.com. The brand is the same company under new positioning.

Background on what Zopto was

Zopto was founded in 2018 in London by Andrei Breaz. It was acquired by Republix in February 2022 (per PitchBook), and through 2024 and most of 2025 it operated as a cloud-based LinkedIn automation platform sold as three self-serve tiers: Personal ($215/mo), Grow ($395/mo), and Agency ($895/mo). That is the Zopto most G2 and Capterra reviews refer to.

What Zopto is now (Zeekeo)

Zeekeo positions itself as a "B2B Lead Generation Agency" with "Fill Your Pipeline 2x Faster" as the headline. The only call-to-action on the homepage is "Book a Call." There is no free trial. There is no self-serve signup. The product offering has split into two tiers:

Zeekeo Solutions page showing the Full Stack Outbound done-for-you agency model covering LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, targeted calling, appointment booking, landing pages, and PPC advertising
  • Zeekeo Launchpad (DIY engine): $120/seat/month billed quarterly. The closest thing to the old Zopto. Prospecting, email + LinkedIn outreach, AI messaging, sequences. Sold via demo, not self-serve checkout.
  • Zeekeo Elite (Done-For-You Pipeline): starting at $649/month billed quarterly. Zeekeo's team builds and runs the outbound for you across LinkedIn, email, targeted calling, landing pages, and PPC advertising. This is an agency service, not software.

Honest Zopto / Zeekeo limitations

  • The product readers find in third-party reviews (Zopto Personal/Grow/Agency at $215/$395/$895) is no longer the product on the live site
  • No self-serve trial - everything goes through "Book a Call" sales-led demos
  • Zeekeo Elite is a managed service, so you do not own the workflows or the playbooks long-term
  • Legacy Zopto Capterra reviews flag deceptive billing practices, hidden cancellation flows, and one reviewer reports being charged ~$1,000 after attempting to cancel
  • No email infrastructure product (no dedicated IPs, no Google Workspace mailboxes, no DNS automation)
  • No email warm-up product
  • No AI SDR equivalent to Agent Frank

That last cluster matters. If your evaluation criteria are "owned multi-channel outbound that scales without us hiring an agency," Zeekeo Elite is not that product, and Zeekeo Launchpad costs more per seat than Salesforge Pro before you have even bought email infrastructure.

Salesforge: a closer look

Salesforge is the outreach execution layer of a unified outbound stack. It runs multi-channel sequences across email and LinkedIn in one workflow, with conditional branching based on prospect behavior. It does not pretend to be a Chrome extension that does a bit of email. It is built ground-up for the kind of B2B outbound that involves real volume, real deliverability, and real reply rates.

What Salesforge actually does

  • Multi-channel sequences: email + LinkedIn in one workflow, with conditional branching
  • Unlimited mailboxes on every plan, no per-seat pricing
  • Unlimited LinkedIn senders on the Growth plan
  • Unlimited contact storage, unlimited workspaces
  • Primebox unified inbox - email + LinkedIn replies in one view, free, with sentiment analysis
  • Warmforge warm-up - free, unlimited, with the same premium warm-up pool on every account
  • AI personalization with single-source mode or multi-source Overdrive Mode
  • Smart mailbox rotation across multiple sending mailboxes and IPs
  • 20+ languages for native message generation
  • Knowledge Base feature - upload docs and product brochures so the AI references your product correctly
  • Native integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, Clay, plus Zapier and a public API
  • SOC 2 compliant

The Forge Stack context

What no LinkedIn-first tool gives you is the rest of the stack. Salesforge is the outreach layer, but the same login covers Mailforge (shared-IP infrastructure at $2-3/mailbox/month), Infraforge (dedicated-IP infrastructure used by Woodpecker to scale to 2,500+ mailboxes), Primeforge (real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes for ESP matching), Warmforge (premium warm-up plus deliverability monitoring), and Leadsforge (chat-based lead search across 500M+ contacts). One workflow, one support team, no Zapier glue between the products.

Salesforge pricing

  • Salesforge Pro - $48/mo monthly or $40/mo annual (1 user, 1 LinkedIn sender, 5K emails/month)
  • Salesforge Growth - $96/mo monthly or $80/mo annual (unlimited users, unlimited LinkedIn senders, 50K emails/month)
  • Agent Frank (optional AI SDR) - $499/mo billed quarterly, $416/mo billed annually. A separate subscription, NOT included in Pro or Growth. Demo required before purchase.
  • Forge Stack add-ons: Mailforge $2-3/mailbox/mo, Infraforge $3-4/mailbox/mo, Primeforge $3.50-4.50/mailbox/mo

The Salesforge subscription does not include email infrastructure - you connect your own mailboxes or buy one of the Forge infrastructure products. Worth verifying the live numbers on the pricing page before you commit.

Who Salesforge is built for

Salesforge itself publishes its ICP clearly: B2B teams selling products or services with ACVs between $5K and $100K, targeting decision-makers at startups, SMBs, or mid-market companies, with at least 3,000 businesses in the target market. The opposite-fit (and Salesforge says this on its own solutions pages) is Fortune 500 enterprise procurement with long RFP cycles and six-to-seven-figure deal sizes.

Named customer outcomes

  • UniteSync - 85.26% positive reply rate and a $2.86 CAC on Salesforge + Mailforge + Warmforge
  • ChannelCrawler - 85.71% positive reply rate on Salesforge + Infraforge + Warmforge
  • AKOOL - reached 214K+ prospects with a 16%+ positive reply rate
  • Woodpecker - scaled to 2,500+ mailboxes via Infraforge
  • VAI Consulting - 3 calls booked in a single week by Agent Frank

Honest Salesforge limitations

  • Email infrastructure is not included in the Salesforge plan - it is a separate Forge product or your own mailboxes
  • API access, A/B testing, ESP Matching, multi-language sequences, and full integrations are gated to the Growth plan
  • Agent Frank requires a sales-led demo and a 2-week warm-up period before sending
  • Phone outreach is on the roadmap, not shipped (Apollo and Outreach have it today)

Head-to-head: feature-by-feature

Multi-channel outreach

Salesforge runs email and LinkedIn from one sequence with conditional branching. A prospect opens but does not reply, the sequence sends a LinkedIn connection request the next day. Native, not bolted on. Waalaxy is LinkedIn-first by architecture and ships email at the €69/user Business tier only. Zopto (now Zeekeo Launchpad) sells multi-channel as a feature but at $120/seat/month before any infrastructure. Zeekeo Elite covers multi-channel but as a done-for-you agency service, not a tool you operate.

Email deliverability and warm-up

This is the dimension Waalaxy and Zopto both lose by default because neither sells warm-up as a product. Salesforge includes Warmforge free and unlimited on every plan. Warmforge ships a premium-by-default warm-up pool (no tier system - every mailbox warms up in the same high-quality pool of aged Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes), per-mailbox Heat Score monitoring (target 97+), automated SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks, blacklist monitoring, and one free placement test per month. Waalaxy users either skip warm-up entirely (and watch reply rates collapse) or buy a third tool. Zeekeo users either trust the agency or do without.

Email infrastructure

Neither Waalaxy nor Zopto/Zeekeo sells email infrastructure. If you want to send cold email at any meaningful volume, you need real mailboxes on real domains with real DNS records. Salesforge has three options under one login: Mailforge for shared-IP scale at $2-3/mailbox/month, Infraforge for dedicated IPs (the option Woodpecker uses to run 2,500+ mailboxes), and Primeforge for real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes with ESP Matching. Salesforge's own recommendation is to mix two infrastructure types - Primeforge plus Mailforge or Primeforge plus Infraforge - for risk diversification.

AI and personalization

Waalaxy has AI message writing for first drafts. Zopto's legacy product had a GPT-style assistant. Salesforge has both at the message level (Overdrive Mode pulls from prospect website, blog posts, and LinkedIn activity all at once) AND an actual AI SDR. Agent Frank is a separate $499/mo subscription that prospects 24/7, writes personalized email and LinkedIn outreach, sends follow-ups, manages replies, and books meetings end-to-end. He runs in Auto-Pilot (no human review) or Co-Pilot (you approve drafts) mode. Neither Waalaxy nor Zeekeo has an equivalent product.

Inbox management

Salesforge's Primebox is included free with every plan. It pulls email and LinkedIn replies into a single inbox, tags sentiment automatically (positive / neutral / negative), captures replies from any address (even when prospects reply from a different email than the one contacted), and on the Growth plan can draft AI replies. Waalaxy's LinkedIn Inbox is sold as a separate paid add-on at €20/month, and it does not cover email replies at all. Zeekeo includes an "augmented LinkedIn inbox" in Launchpad, but as a separate channel from any email tool you bring.

Lead data

Waalaxy has Dropcontact integration with monthly email finder credits (25 on Pro, 500 on Business). Zopto's legacy product had 5,000 email contacts per month at the higher tiers. Salesforge integrates with Leadsforge, which is a chat-based lead search engine across 500M+ contacts with waterfall enrichment from 10+ data providers. Leadsforge has its own free 100 credits to try with no card required, and pushes leads directly into Salesforge sequences.

Pricing and scalability

The pricing comparison gets ugly for the LinkedIn-only tools the moment you scale beyond one operator. Waalaxy at the €69 Business tier with 3 SDRs is €207/month before the LinkedIn Inbox add-on. The same 3 users on Salesforge Growth ($80/mo annual) is $80 total because there is no per-seat pricing. Zeekeo Launchpad at $120/seat/month with 3 seats is $360/month. Same outcome on Salesforge: $80/month. The asymmetry is severe.

Integrations and the broader stack

Salesforge ships native integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, GoHighLevel, folk, Breakcold, Clay, Persana, Sendspark, RB2B, and Slack, plus a public Salesforge API, a Forge CLI, and a Salesforge MCP server that connects to Claude, Cursor, and Windsurf so AI assistants can create contacts and launch sequences via chat. Waalaxy has Zapier and a few CRM connections but the API is gated to higher tiers. Zopto's legacy integrations covered HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, and API access (mostly on the Agency tier). Zeekeo's public integration list is limited because the new product is mostly sold as a service.

Compliance

Salesforge is SOC 2 compliant (badged across Salesforge, Warmforge, Infraforge, Primeforge, Mailforge, and Leadsforge). Neither Waalaxy nor Zopto/Zeekeo lists SOC 2 publicly. For mid-market and enterprise procurement teams, this matters more than the prettiest LinkedIn UI.

Pricing comparison

Waalaxy pricing page showing Pro at €19, Advanced at €49, Business at €69 per user per month with yearly billing, and Enterprise custom

Per-user pricing models are great for vendors and bad for buyers. Both Waalaxy and Zeekeo charge per seat. Salesforge does not. Here is the side-by-side at the tier most B2B teams actually buy.

A real scaling scenario

Say you're a 4-SDR outbound team. You need cold email plus LinkedIn outreach, you need warm-up, and you want to send ~25,000 emails/month across a few domains. Here is the rough monthly cost:

  • Salesforge Growth annual + 12 Primeforge mailboxes + free Warmforge: $80 + (12 × $4) = $128/month total. Free warm-up. Unlimited LinkedIn senders included.
  • Waalaxy Business × 4 seats annual + LinkedIn Inbox add-on × 4 + a separate email warm-up tool: (4 × €69) + (4 × €20) + ~€40 = roughly €356/month, and you still have no real cold email infrastructure.
  • Zeekeo Launchpad × 4 seats quarterly + a separate warm-up tool: (4 × $120) + ~$50 = $530/month, before email infrastructure.

The math gets harder for the per-seat tools as the team grows. At 10 SDRs, Waalaxy Business is over €690/month before add-ons. Salesforge Growth is still $80/month.

Who should use which tool

You might consider Waalaxy if:

  • You're a solo SDR or founder running LinkedIn-first outreach with light cold email
  • Your team is one or two people and the per-user pricing math still works
  • You're comfortable running outreach through a Chrome extension and accept the LinkedIn account-safety trade-off
  • You don't need email warm-up, email infrastructure, or unified inbox management included

You might consider Zopto / Zeekeo if:

  • You want a done-for-you lead generation agency rather than software you operate (Zeekeo Elite)
  • You have the budget for $649+/month and want hands-off pipeline-as-a-service
  • You're comfortable going through a sales-led demo with no self-serve trial
  • You don't need to own the workflows, sequences, or playbooks long-term

Choose Salesforge if:

  • You sell B2B products or services with ACVs between $5K and $100K to startups, SMBs, or mid-market companies
  • Your target market is 3,000+ businesses and you want to book meetings at scale without hiring more SDRs
  • You want email and LinkedIn from one dashboard, not two tools duct-taped with Zapier
  • You want email deliverability built in (free Warmforge, multi-mailbox rotation, Heat Score monitoring)
  • You want the option of an AI SDR (Agent Frank) when manual outbound stops scaling
  • You want SOC 2 compliance, API access, and a unified billing model that doesn't punish team growth
  • You run an agency and need account-level isolation, dedicated IPs, and Whitelabel options

Salesforge itself publishes its anti-ICP openly. Salesforge says it is not the right fit if you sell primarily to Fortune 500 with long RFP cycles, if your average deal size is consistently six-to-seven figures, or if your pipeline relies on a small number of highly bespoke, high-touch deals. That honesty about fit is one of the reasons I trust the rest of the pitch.

Final verdict

Waalaxy is a competent LinkedIn automation Chrome extension that gates real cold email behind its top €69/user plan and bills per seat from there. Zopto in the form people remember is gone - the brand is now Zeekeo, positioned as a done-for-you B2B lead generation agency starting at $649/month with no self-serve trial. Neither tool sells email infrastructure, neither has built-in warm-up, neither has an AI SDR, and both scale poorly per-seat.

For real multi-channel B2B outbound at SMB and mid-market scale, Salesforge is the stronger choice. At $80/mo for the Growth plan billed annually ($96/mo monthly), you get unlimited users, unlimited LinkedIn senders, unlimited mailboxes, free Warmforge premium warm-up, Primebox unified inbox, and optional access to the rest of the Forge Stack (Mailforge, Infraforge, Primeforge, Leadsforge, Agent Frank) under one login. That combination does not exist at any price on Waalaxy or Zeekeo.

One falsifiable benchmark: UniteSync ran on Salesforge + Mailforge + Warmforge to an 85.26% positive reply rate and a $2.86 CAC. The case study is public. Agent Frank's real campaign data, including reply rates, positive sentiment, LinkedIn connection acceptance, and send volume, looks like this:

FAQs

Is Salesforge better than Waalaxy and Zopto?

For multi-channel B2B outbound at SMB and mid-market scale, yes. Salesforge handles email and LinkedIn in one workflow, includes free Warmforge warm-up, ships a unified inbox (Primebox), and gives unlimited users and unlimited LinkedIn senders on the $80/mo annual Growth plan. Waalaxy is a LinkedIn-first Chrome extension that adds email at €69/user/month. Zopto rebranded to Zeekeo and now operates as a done-for-you agency starting at $649/month.

What's the main difference between Salesforge, Waalaxy, and Zopto?

Salesforge is a multi-channel outbound platform with a full email infrastructure stack and an AI SDR option. Waalaxy is a LinkedIn automation Chrome extension. Zopto (now Zeekeo) was a cloud LinkedIn automation SaaS but has rebranded to a done-for-you lead generation agency model. The architectures aim at different buyers.

Did Zopto really rebrand to Zeekeo?

Yes. As of late 2025, zopto.com fully redirects to zeekeo.com. The positioning has shifted from a self-serve LinkedIn automation SaaS into a B2B lead generation agency with two tiers: Zeekeo Launchpad at $120/seat/month (DIY) and Zeekeo Elite at $649+/month (done-for-you). The only call-to-action on the new homepage is "Book a Call." There is no self-serve signup or free trial.

Which tool is cheapest?

It depends on how you scale. Waalaxy Pro at €19/user/month yearly is the lowest sticker price but it doesn't include email outreach. Salesforge Pro at $48/mo monthly or $40/mo annual is more capable but caps at 1 user and 1 LinkedIn sender. Once you cross 2-3 seats, Salesforge Growth at $80/mo annual is cheaper than any per-seat tool because it includes unlimited users.

Does Waalaxy support real cold email?

Only on the €69/user/month Business plan, which includes cold email sequences and 500 monthly email finder credits. The €19 Pro and €49 Advanced plans are LinkedIn-only. There is no email warm-up product and no email infrastructure - you bring your own mailboxes and accept whatever deliverability you get.

Can I still buy the old Zopto plans?

No. The legacy Zopto pricing (Personal $215/mo, Grow $395/mo, Agency $895/mo) that appears on Capterra, G2, and most review blogs in 2026 is no longer the live offering. zopto.com redirects to zeekeo.com and the product is now Zeekeo Launchpad ($120/seat/mo) or Zeekeo Elite ($649+/mo).

Which has better email deliverability?

Salesforge, by default. Warmforge runs in the background on every Salesforge mailbox for free with a premium-by-default warm-up pool of aged Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes. Heat Score monitoring targets 97+. Waalaxy has no warm-up product. Zeekeo's done-for-you service includes some deliverability management but you don't operate it yourself.

Can I switch from Waalaxy or Zopto to Salesforge easily?

Yes. Waalaxy lets you export contacts as CSV, and Salesforge accepts CSV uploads or Google Sheets connections directly into sequences. Zopto/Zeekeo customers can export their LinkedIn contact data via their dashboard. Salesforge offers personal onboarding on the Growth plan, and the 14-day free trial lets you migrate a campaign before committing.
